Hi Emory,
If you hover over Kendurs name the url you see is my site. I hired someone that is soon to be de-hired to assist me in some SEO tasks and it appears that they may have gotten a bit lazy and unethical. I would like to apologize for their obvious spam and would ask that you remove the URL (though a nofollow) from their name if you would. I want no association with such tactics.

As far as steam goes, once they watch what Xbox Live is doing a bit more closely they will figure it out. If they do not try catering to the customer a bit better they will soon find someone like you or I that have decided we want to compete in this industry. Are people going to put their money where they are treated like "peons" or are they going to go where they are treated like kings and warriors? Piss off a gamer and you lost 10 of his friends also. In an industry in it's infancy I don't believe now is a good time to chance so much over $45. Bad mistake on their end I believe. But this style of gaming is here to stay! Most likely beyond what we imagine.
Well written Emory.

Cheers

[...] Steam is an online game download engine. You can play games from any computer using your steam account once you have purchased a game. You could get games such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 from it. It doesn't work for Linux but would be nice. See some screenshots here: http://blog.clickfire.com/social-media-and-pc-online-games-with-steam/ [...]

Seriously, Steam is taking over. Im sure that in the near future, alot of web 2.0 companies will introduce a system such a steam. No need for cd-roms anymore to play game. Download & Play, it is that easy!
